I am a horticulture scientist with microbiology specialization, author, trainer and consultant with more than three decades of experience in horticultural research, post-harvest management, value addition, fermentation, technology development, capacity building and agri-entrepreneurship. I have served as Former Acting Director and Head Division of Post Harvest Management at ICAR-Central Institute for Subtropical Horticulture (CISH), Lucknow, and have contributed extensively to research, teaching, technology dissemination and entrepreneurship development.
